GREEN BAY - An Antigo woman accused of embezzling more than half a million dollars reached a deal with prosecutors this week.

Susan Tatro faced more than 30 counts of federal wire fraud.

She used to be the Human Resources Director at the Waukesha Bearings plant in Antigo.

But she was fired in 2011 when the company discovered financial records didn't add up.

Her plea deal says she only has to plead guilty to two of the 30 counts.

She'll still face up to 20 years in prison and would have to pay back everything the feds say she stole; more than $576,000.

Tatro claims she only took some of the money for herself and that the rest was for legitmate company work.

She'll be sentenced later this year.
