Heroin Suspect Pleads Not GuiltySubmitted: 02/18/2013
Story By Shardaa Gray

RHINELANDER - A woman facing felony heroin charges and possible manslaughter charges too claims she's innocent.

26-year-old Jennifer Heiting was in Oneida Court today to enter her plea to the drug charges.

She faces two felony counts of delivering heroin, two counts of bail jumping and one felony count for possession of drugs.

But it could get even worse for Heiting.

Police think she played a role in the death of a Crescent man.

David Stahl died of an apparent heroin overdose late last year.

If toxicology tests come back positive, Heiting could face additional charges for his death.

She admitted to shipping heroin to David Stahl several times.

Heiting will be back in court April 9th at 10 a.m.
