RHINELANDER - A crash in Rhinelander sent one person to the hospital tonight.

It happened at the corner of Kemp and Arbutus Streets around 7 p.m.

A pickup truck crashed into a car headed west on Kemp. Someone from that car had to be taken to the hospital.

The truck driver was able to drive away after meeting with police.

Police think slippery roads might have been to blame, but couldn't confirm that for sure.

Traffic was slowed for about 30 minutes while they cleaned up the crash.
