Police Arrest Man in Cassian Area BurglariesSubmitted: 01/25/2013

RHINELANDER - A Red Granite man faces charges for TEN burglaries in the Cassian area.

Twenty eight-year-old Peter Schultz was arrested yesterday. He's being held in the Oneida County jail.

Schultz faces charges of burglarizing nine homes on Acorn Lane and Clear Lake Road in Cassian, and a business in Hazelhurst.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Department has been building a case against Schultz since the burglaries happened in November.

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has struck down Texas's widely replicated regulation of abortion clinics in the court's biggest abortion case in nearly a quarter century.

The justices voted 5-3 Monday in favor of Texas clinics that protested the regulations as a thinly veiled attempt to make it harder for women to get an abortion in the nation's second-most populous state.
