Story By Associated Press

DARLINGTON - Three of Armin Wand's children, and his unborn child were all killed in a house fire last September.

Now it's up to a jury from Marathon county to decide if Armin Wand is guilty of their deaths and setting that fire.

Armin Wand is charged in the deaths in Lafayette County.

The jury for Wand's trial will be selected in Marathon County February 22nd.

The jurors will then be taken to Lafayette county and sequestered for the duration of the trial.

The 33 year old Wand faces four counts of first degree murder, and is also charged with attempted murder and arson.

The fire killed Wand's 3 year old, 5 year old, and 7 year old children, as well as his unborn child.

His wife, Sharon, and their 2-year-old daughter survived the fire.

Wand's 18-year-old brother, Jeremy Wand, is also charged in the case.
