RHINELANDER - A driver ended up on a Rhinelander curb and in jail Wednesday afternoon.

Police found a car on a curb on the corner of Baird and Dahl Streets around 1:45 pm.

The driver was slumped over the steering wheel. Due to the weather, police had to take him in for sobriety tests.

They then arrested him for his 4th OWI offense.

He'll also get municipal citations for huffing and driving left of center.

We don't know the driver's name yet. No one else was injured in the crash.
