HURLEY - We're two days past the election, but Iron County still waits for their new District Attorney.

This race remains too close to call.

On the initial count, challenger Anthony Stella leads incumbent Marty Lipske by just three votes out of more than 32-hundred cast.

However, the county clerk's office tells us they're still waiting for 11 absentee ballots to come in.

The Board of Canvass will meet next Monday to certify results. A hand-recount request would have to be filed by a candidate by next Thursday.
