WOODRUFF - A house fire between Woodruff and Lake Tomahawk tonight called firefighters from four departments into action.

Around 5:30 p.m., the Minocqua, Arbor Vitae, Lake Tomahawk, and Woodruff Fire Departments responded to this home on Woodland Drive.

"There's a lot of heavy smoke damage," Woodruff Fire Chief Mike Timmons said. "As of right now, we don't know what caused the fire. We're still trying to determine that."

Timmons told us the fire started in the basement.

Nobody was hurt as the residents were outside the house.
