RHINELANDER - Elmer Goetsch made an appearance in Oneida County court today.

He's the 81-year-old Three Lakes man accused of hiding cameras in his home to film nude interns.

Goetsch's attorney had initially asked the court to get rid of the evidence they found when police searched Goetsch's house. Defense attorney Jeff Jackomino withdrew that motion today.

Goetsch faces up to seven years in jail, but he plans to plea out and go ahead with sentencing December 20th.

MADISON - The Forest County Potawatomi say they have not made their annual revenue sharing payment to the state of Wisconsin for their casino in Milwaukee because they anticipate the state will owe them money if Gov. Scott Walker approves a casino in Kenosha.

The Potawatomi released a statement Tuesday after Walker's office sent out an update on the casino project that noted the tribe had missed its payment. The tribe says the money has been placed in a segregated account.

The Menominee Tribe wants to open an off-reservation casino in Kenosha to help pull its members out of poverty. A final decision on the project rests with Walker.

"Right now, there are a lot of different, disconnected transportation services that are provided; be it by city, county, or by private entities. The transit commission would help put this all together," said Dianne Jacobson, director of Oneida County's Department on Aging.
