Newswatch 12 “Rustic Rhythm Ticket Giveaway” Contest OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is allowed. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only one on-line entry per person per day will be accepted.

For a complete set of rules you can log on to www.wjfw.com “Rustic Rhythm Ticket Giveaway” or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Rustic Rhythm Ticket Giveaway” Rules c/o NBC 12, 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501, or stop by the WJFW studios at 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501.

To enter log on to www.wjfw.com and click on the “Rustic Rhythm Ticket Giveaway” banner and follow the instructions, or you may mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and age to Rustic Rhythm” Ticket Giveaway c/o NBC 12, 3217 County Road G, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than August 16, 2011 and all other entries will be accepted through August 19, 2011. Only one entry per envelope will be accepted.

The contest will begin on August 1, 2011 and will continue through August 19, 2011. Fifteen (15) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday, August 22, 2011. All winners will be posted on the www.wjfw.com “Rustic Rhythm Ticket Giveaway” contest page sometime during the day on Monday August 22, 2011. All winners will be contacted by phone and will need to pick up their prize at the WJFW Studios between Monday, August 22, 2011 and Friday, August 26, 2011 between the hours of 8am & 5pm.

Each of the fifteen (15) winners will receive the following: 2 admission tickets to “Rustic Rhythm” a Northwoods Music Jam for Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the Boulder Junction Baseball Park in Boulder Junction with a total value of $40.00.

The Prizes have no cash equivalent. Prizes are not transferable and non exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.

Employees of NBC 12 (WJFW), Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.

By participating in this contest the winner a) permits NBC 12 (WJFW), and the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases NBC 12 (WJFW), Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All decisions of NBC 12 (WJFW) are final.
