Favre's number to be retired on Thanksgiving DaySubmitted: 04/21/2015
GREEN BAY - It appears Thanksgiving will bring an even more special celebration for Packers fans.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the Packers will retire Brett Favre's No. 4 jersey that night during halftime of a home game against the Chicago Bears.

The NFL schedule will be released later tonight.

Favre will be inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame on July 18.
