Madison - We might be thinking about turkey these days, but Wisconsin ski resorts want you to think snow! Snow condition reports at ski areas across Wisconsin are now being updated. The ski areas are busy making snow and preparing to open in the coming weeks. The report available on lists conditions for both downhill and cross-country skiing as well as snowmobile trails. As far as local spots to ski, Granite Peak Ski Resort will be reopening Thanksgiving Day for the holiday weekend. They have 16 runs open. Ski Brule in the U.P. is also open. They report 6 of 17 Trails Open.
