Woman charged in deadly Fall Ride crash Submitted: 10/22/2013
Oneida County - A woman involved in a crash during Tomahawk's Fall Ride gets charged with killing a man by driving drunk. 50 year old Lynette Haman of Elkhorn will have an initial appearance in Oneida County Circuit court November 18th. The crash happened last month on County Highway L and Prairie Rapids Road in the town of Nokomis. Haman was traveling south on L when she made a left turn in front of Benjamin Guite Senior. The crash sent Guite to Aspirus Hospital in Wausau. He died there the next day. Haman was also injured.
