Rhinelander - Hunting used to be a sport reserved for the guys, passed on from grandpa to dad to son.

But times and families - are changing.

Dad's not always around to teach, and it's not just the boys who want to learn.

That's why more formal mentored hunts are becoming more popular. Mentors also necessary to keep hunting culture alive.

Newswatch 12's Lex Gray found a mentor and traded her camera for a shotgun to find out how it's done.
