CPC Spring Outlook 2013 Submitted: 03/22/2013
Wisconsin - You're probably still wearing winter boots right now. But when spring does arrive, meteorologists says it's going to end up warmer and wetter than normal. Meteorologists say most of the east and southeastern U.S. will see higher than normal temperatures from April through June. Most of the Badger State falls under this warmer chance. In Wisconsin we've experienced drought conditions for almost a decade now. But this spring might bring a little more relief. Meterologists say we may see more April showers across the Great Lakes.
