Rhinelander - Charges will move forward against one teenager involved in a Monico burglary case.
17 year-old Jeffrey Stefonik pleaded not guilty in Oneida county court Monday afternoon.
Stefonik is one of three minors accused of breaking into and vandalizing a Monico vacation home in January.
He is facing seven felonies, including burglary and criminal damages.
17 year-old Anthony Briggs is also charged in the case.
He had his preliminary hearing last Friday, and will appear in court again on April 8th.
A 15 year-old suspect is being charged in juvenile court.
