All England Cases to be Tried in Oneida County Submitted: 01/03/2013
Rhinelander - Slowly but surely, the case against former Oneida and Forest County Medical Examiner Traci England moves forward.

England is charged with stealing body parts from a total of four victims.

It all began in Oneida County last January when police reported England took tissue from a cadaver to train her dog.

In May Forest County filed charges against her for the same thing. Finally, in October Oneida County discovered two more victims. In this case she's accused of handing out cremated remains in plastic baggies to other dog trainers.

The Forest County case has been closed and re-opened in Oneida County, where all three of England's cases will now be prosecuted.
