Hurley - It's official - Marty Lipske has been replaced as the Iron County District Attorney.

Nearly a week after election day, the Iron County clerk canvassed the votes.

He determined Anthony Stella knocked off the incumbent by four votes.

On election night, Stella had a three vote lead.

One absentee ballot came in last week for Stella.

Lipske has until Friday to request a hand recount by the Iron County clerk.
