Merrill - The driver from a deadly one-car crash that happened earlier this year could face serious jail time.

Today, the Lincoln County D.A. charged 24-year-old Ashley Baumann with 9 felonies.

Baumann was behind the wheel early June 7th when her car slid off Alexander Street in Merrill. It rolled several times.

Baumann had a blood alcohol content of .15 at the time. The crash killed Jessica Hartwig and Misty Glisch. Baumann is due in court Monday morning.
