Madison - A Marshfield man will spend the next 7 and a half years in prison for having child pornography on his computer.

A judge sentenced 49-year-old Bryan Erbst to 90 months in prison plus lifetime supervised release beyond that today.

Erbst was caught back in February 2011. An undercover officer downloaded several videos from a system Erbst was usuing.

Federal agents took his computer and found additional videos and pictures.

In addition to the prison sentence, Erbst will have to pay 4 thousand dollars in restitution to the victims.
