Heroin Charge Dismissed for Jones Submitted: 10/29/2012
Rhinelander - One of the men arrested in a Rhinelander heroin bust in will spend 6 months in jail, but not for selling heroin.

Twenty three-year-old Dominique Jones was charged in April with felony making and selling heroin and marijuana.

He and defense attorney John Voorhees have reached a deal with the state. Jones pleaded guilty to one felony and one misdemeanor charge of making and selling marijuana. The heroin charge was dropped, but considered at sentencing. Jones will serve six months in jail and four years on probation.
