Peshtigo - A 19 year-old Peshtigo man has died after the dirt bike he was driving went off a trail and hit a tree.

Christopher Mylener died Tuesday evening in Grover.

The Marinette County sheriff's department says he was riding on private property and a family member discovered the crash.

Authorities say Mylener was not wearing a helmet. He died at the scene of massive head and internal injuries.

The death remains under investigation.
