Stevens Point - The man who owns a bus company serving the Crandon School District has been charged with two felonies including 2nd degree sexual assault of a mentally ill person.

The Portage County district attorney filed the charges Monday against 49-year-old Ricky Montgomery. Court documents indicate Montgomery posted $50,000 bond and is free.

Montgomery is the owner of Montgomery Bus Service, one of two companies that transports students in the Crandon School District.

Montgomery is set to be back in court May 7th.
