42-year old Mark Ferencevich remained silent when asked by Judge Patrick O'Melia what he’ll plea so his attorney Lester Pines said he’d stand mute.
The court entered a not guilty plea on his Ferencevich's behalf.
Lincoln County District Attorney Donald Dunphy is the special prosecutor in this case since Oneida County District Attorney Michael Bloom says his office works closely with the Minocqua Police Department.
According to the criminal complaint, Ferencevich was arrested during themorning hours of February 18 for possessing a loaded gun while intoxicated.
He's facing three misdemeanor charges.
Ferencevich is free on bail and will be back in court for a pre-trial conference May 22 at 10:30 if the case is not resolved before then.
