Slain Fort Hood Soldier Honored in Candlelight Vigil Submitted: 11/12/2009
Milwaukee - A Wisconsin soldier who was killed in the Fort Hood shootings was honored Thursday night at a Milwaukee college.

Russell Seager began teaching at Bryant & Stratton College in May 2005 in the medical assistant and nursing programs.

Thursday night there was a candlelight vigil taking place at the college. Seager was one of 13 soldiers killed at Fort Hood. Seager was a captain in the U.S. Army Reserves' Madison-based 467th Medical Command Detachment that was being deployed to Afghanistan.
