- The need for health care workers is only growing. The Wisconsin Hospital Association says hospitals all over the state are reporting workforce shortages. Hospitals list therapists and pharmacists as the most difficult positions to fill.

One sure sign of the shortage is more than 500 openings posted on a new website. The Wisconsin Council on Medical Education and Workforce launched the site this week to connect doctors who go to school in Wisconsin with job openings here.

It's also designed to bring doctors who moved out of Wisconsin back to the Badger state.
