Three Lakes - People using water in the town of Three Lakes still need to boil it before use.
On Thursday Newswatch 12 reported the Three Lakes Sanitary District issued a boil water advisory after coliform bacteria was found in water samples.
Coliform bacteria is naturally found in the environment but should not be present in drinking water.
Sanitary District officials have been working to flush the bacteria out of the town's water supply.
Officials add that the contaminated water could be tied to the construction happening in town to install the new water main.
Officials tell us they took six new water samples today and they are waiting on those results.
The Three Lakes Sanitation District adds that the earliest the advisory will be lifted is at noon tomorrow.
Until then officials continue to warn people to boil their water before using it or use bottled water.
