Newswatch 12 �Pig in the Pines RibFest� Contest OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is allowed. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only one on-line entry per person per day will be accepted.

For a complete set of rules you can log on to www.wjfw.com "Pig in the Pines" or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Pig in the Pines" Rules c/o NBC 12 P.O. Box 858, Rhinelander, WI 54501, or stop by the WJFW studios at 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501.

To enter log on to www.wjfw.com and click on "Pig in the Pines" Contest banner and follow instructions, or you may mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and age to ""Pig in the Pines" Contest" c/o NBC 12 P.O. Box 858, Rhinelander, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than July 14, 2009 and all other entries will be accepted through July 17, 2009. Only one entry per envelope will be accepted.

The contest will begin on July 1, 2009 and will continue through July 17, 2009. Thirty-five (35) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday, July 20, 2009 All winners will also be posted on www.wjfw.com Pig in the Pines" All winners will be contacted by phone and prizes will be mailed within 5 business days of the random drawing.

Each of the thirty-five (35) winners will receive the following: 4 admission tickets to "Pig in the Pines Rib Fest" valued at $20.00.

The Prizes have no cash equivalent. Prizes are not transferable and non exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.

Employees of NBC 12 (WJFW), St. Germain Chamber of Commerce, Pepsi, Miller Lite, WHDG, WRHN, WMQA, WRLO WOBT and WLKD and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.

By participating in this contest the winner a) permits NBC 12 (WJFW), St. Germain Chamber of Commerce, Pepsi, Miller Lite, WHDG, WRHN, WMQA, WRLO WOBT and WLKD to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner's name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases NBC 12 (WJFW), St. Germain Chamber of Commerce, Pepsi, Miller Lite, WHDG, WRHN, WMQA, WRLO WOBT and WLKD their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All decisions of NBC 12 (WJFW) are final.
