1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
2 mangoes, peeled and diced
1 red onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1-2 jalapeno pepper, diced fine (if you want less heat, remove the seeds and membrane from the peppers before dicing)
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.
This salad is great over grilled fish, seafood, chicken or pork in addition to eating with chips.
