Pico de Gallo

2 cups Roma tomatoes, chopped sort of fine
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup green onions
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced fine
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
zest of one lime
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. You can serve immediately or you can store in the frig to allow the flavors to mix and meld. Store covered in the frig for up to 4 days.
