Pecan Pie

Pie Crust
2 cups Flour
2/3 cup Butter
t Salt
cup Ice water

Mix flour, butter, salt in mixer until crumbs form.
Add water and mix until it forms a ball.
Dump out on counter and form into a log.
Cut log in 3 equal pieces and roll each piece into a crust
Place the crusts in pie tins and trim.

Filling:
12 each Eggs, whole, medium
3 cups Corn syrup, light
3 cups Sugar, granulated
1/3 cup Flour
1 1/2 T Vanilla extract
3 cups Pecans, chopped or halves

In a mixer combine eggs, syrup, sugar, flour, and extract until well blended.
Pour 1 cup of pecans in each pie shell.
Pour mixture evenly between the unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325 for 40 - 50 minutes, until a knife inserted half-way between center and edge comes out clean.

Cool, then serve.
