For each pouch:

1 potato thinly sliced, or in small cubes, 1/4c chopped onion, 1 cup vegetables of your choice, 1 burger patty roughly 1/3 pound.

Combine potatoes and onions along with oil and seasonings tossing to coat well place potato mix on a square of heavy duty foil, top with vegetables and burger patty, seal up foil to make a pouch and cook on a hot grill for 25-30 minutes turning the pouch halfway through.
