Fresh mozzarella cut into bite-sized pieces
Cherry or grape tomatoes
To make dressing combine:
Salt and pepper
(It’s best to use a 2:1 ratio with the oil and vinegar. For example: 2T of olive oil for every 1T of vinegar)
1. Thread mozzarella and tomatoes onto skewers
2. Place finished skewers on plate and top with fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
