2 8oz sirloin steaks
Montreal seasoning to taste
8oz feta cheese
12oz fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350. Season steaks with Montreal Seasoning and put on a baking sheet and cover with tin foil. Bake the steaks until they are rare to medium rare (About 130 degrees on a meat thermometer). When they are done let them rest.
2. While steaks are resting, chop up the orange with its skin still on and put in a food processor with 12oz of fresh or frozen cranberries.
3. Make a cut down each steak about half way through to make a pocket and stuff with feta cheese, then bake to order.
4. Serve with sliced pear on top and some of the cranberry-orange relish on the side.
