12 corn tortillas
coarse sea salt or salt of your choice
1. Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil on both sides. Cut each tortilla pie style into 8 wedges. Place wedges on a wire rack over a baking sheet and sprinkle to taste with salt.
2. Bake at 375°F for 7-10 minutes depending on how deep golden and crispy you prefer the chips to be. If you don't have a wire rack just place the chips right on a baking sheet, and halfway through the baking time turn the chips over to achieve a crispy texture.
