Rice Lake ends Mosinee's season 49-21Submitted: 10/31/2014

MOSINEE - Mosinee was one of the few Northwoods teams that hosted a game this week.

They played the Rice Lake Warriors tonight.

But the Indians couldn't home field advantage working for them.

They have to punt on their first possession.

And the Warriors come out swinging.

A few plays into their drive here, QB Eric Hovde drops back.

And he's looking deep for his receiver who makes the nice catch over the top.

7-0 Rice Lake.

Mosinee gets it back but they get into BIG trouble by their goal line.

They are forced to punt it away here on THIRD down.

That gives Rice Lake great field position.

And their ground game does the rest.

Another Warrior touchdown here.

And that seals it.

Rice Lake wins this one 49-21.
