STEVENS POINT - On a busy street with lots of traffic, you can easily get tunnel vision. But outside the Sell family house on Division Street, something certainly stands out.

"So many people have been noticing my yard and just stopping by," Anne Sell said Thursday morning.

It doesn't take long to figure out why. Standing more than six feet tall, covered in reflective tape and made out of old construction barrels, is Anne and her husband's creation: a squirrel they've named Nuts & Bolts.

MILWAUKEE - The FBI says a Milwaukee woman added to its "10 Most Wanted Fugitives" list this week has been arrested in North Carolina.

Twenty-four-year-old Shanika Minor is accused of fatally shooting Tamecca Perry and her unborn child last March in Milwaukee.

MADISON - A new judge will be taking the bench in Marathon County.

The governor's office announced that Attorney Gregory Strasser was named to serve as a judge in Marathon County Circuit Court, replacing outgoing Judge Greg Grau.

Strasser is a co-founder of Strasser & Yde, S.C. in Wausau where he has practiced since 1997.

He has worked as a civil litigator with extensive trial experience and also as a mediator.

Strasser served as President of the Marathon County Bar Association from 2006-2007, as the Director of Abby Bank since 2012, and as President of Fromm Bros. Historical Preservation Society since 2011.

Strasser is a Wausau native and graduate of Wausau West High School

MADISON - Lawyers are set to make closing arguments Thursday in a federal suit over Wisconsin election laws.

Liberal groups have challenged laws passed by the Republican-controlled Legislature and signed by Gov. Scott Walker.

U.S. District Judge James Peterson planned to listen to closing arguments Thursday.

Peterson has promised to make a ruling by the end of July.

ELLSWORTH, WI - Jurors have acquitted a woman accused of texting before a 2013 crash that killed her daughter and two nieces in western Wisconsin.

The jury deliberated less than two hours Wednesday before finding 35-year-old Kari Jo Milberg of Centuria not guilty on all counts.
