ARBOR VITAE - We know the name of the Minocqua woman who died in a car crash in Arbor Vitae Thursday morning.
Barbara Hilleque, 67, died when her car was rear ended on Highway 51, and pushed into the path of a small tour bus heading the other way.
Dorothy Pacetti, 49, of Woodruff was driving the second car.
Jay Carpenter, 57, of Beloit was at the wheel of the bus.
Both of the surviving drivers were hurt.
12 other people were also taken to the hospital.
A 67-year-old woman from Minocqua died in car crash in Arbor Vitae Thursday.
A small tour bus carrying older people from the Beloit area was driving southbound on Highway 51. The Minocqua woman was driving a car north on Highway 51. Her car was rear ended by a car driven by a 49-year-old Woodruff woman. The Minocqua woman's car went into the southbound lane.
Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating the crash. They don't know who's to blame for the crash.
Fourteen people were injured, but the Wisconsin State Patrol says none of the injuries are life threatening.
Highway 51 North in Arbor Vitae is shut down following a crash this morning.
Three cars were involved in the crash. There were multiple injuries and one person has died.
The Vilas County Sheriff's department confirms the accident happened at 10:09 this morning, and that emergency personnel are on the scene now.
The state patrol says Highway 51 North is closed in both directions at the crash site.
The closure may last as long as two hours.
The accident happened on Highway 51 North near the Harley Davidson Dealership in Arbor Vitae.
