WISCONSIN RAPIDS - Precision, showmanship and high flying action. All of these things made for quite a show at the state gymnastics tournament.After an exciting Friday night of team competition, today the focus shifted to individual championships.Antigo had 2 competitors in the all-around in Division 2.Red Robins senior Lindsay Berndt was the top Northwoods athlete in the vault and the All-Around. She finished tied for 17th in the vault. She tied for 13th in the All-Around.Chequamegon's Alexis Stueber qualified in the vault. She placed 25th in the event. And Katelyn Kondzela was 20th in the All-Around for Antigo. Her day included a 10th place showing on the balance beam, 14th on the floor, and 21st on the vault.In Division 1 Kali Schierl of SPASH was 21st in the All-Around. The freshman had 17th place showings in both the vault and uneven bars.Congrats to all the gymnasts at state.
