- A Rhinelander woman pled not guilty Friday to dealing drugs. 54-year-old Wendy Hogan appeared in Oneida County Court. She's accused of planning to sell prescription drugs and providing a place todistribute those drugs. She decided to waive her preliminary hearing.
Judge Patrick O'Melia found there is probable cause that Hogan dealt Suboxoneand marijuana. Suboxone is a medication designed to combat opiate addiction. Hogan was one of 19 people arrested in an Oneida County drug bust in November. She'll be back in Oneida County court in April.
