That's after a recent bust saw 15 arrests in six northeast Wisconsin counties.
Jim Valley, of the Door County Sheriff's Department, says the number of arrests could be seen as a sign of the operation's success.
It could also show more needs to be done to address the problem.
Investigators say the recent sting was the first to include a weekend.
Their busiest times were Friday and Saturday nights.
Valley says he thinks future stings should run at least seven days.
Brown County Sheriff John Gossage says he's looking at ways to add more officers to the multiagency operation.
