WASHINGTON, DC - Former Vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryan sat down for his first live TV interview since the presidential election.
Congressman Ryan was on NBC's "Meet The Press" for an exclusive interview with David Gregory.
During the interview Ryan talked about a number of topics, but mainly the nation's economic status.
Ryan did take time out to briefly discuss a potential presidential run in 2016.
Ryan said it was premature to talk about a presidential run.
Ryan said, "I've got an important job to do. I represent Wisconsin. I'm chairman of the budget committee at the time we have a fiscal crisis. I think I can do my job representing the people I work for by focusing on that right now, than focusing on distant things."
