MERRILL - A 20-year-old Tomahawk man will spend the next year in jail for selling marijuana out of his home. Shane Ksobiech agreed to plead guilty to four felonies and two misdemeanors in Lincoln County Court today. Police arrested Ksobiech and five others in Tomahawk last spring. They used an informant to buy marijuana from Ksobiech's house. In exchange for today's plea deal, the state agreed to not enter three of the felonies on record, as long as he follows his probationary rules.
After the year in jail, Ksobiech will spend three years on probation.
