WAUSAU - The man accused of killing his girlfriend in Weston says he's not guilty.

Police say 21-year-old Richi Vue shot Lee Xiong in the neck in October. She lived at the Aspen Apartments in Weston with her mom and siblings.

Vue faces 5 felony charges, including 1st degree murder.

He’s being held on a $1 million cash bond.

His next court date hasn't been set.
