WAUSAU - One of the two Wausau men accused of beating another man to death with a baseball bat claims he's not guilty.
Eighteen-year-old Zachary Froehlich entered his plea in Marathon County court today.
Police say he and 20-year-old Warren Krohn robbed Kerby Kneiss in June. They're then accused of beating him to death with a baseball bat.
Froehlich faces seven felonies including first degree reckless homicide.
His next court date is in January. Krohn will be back in front of a judge December 18th.
