Help Keep Homeless Veterans Warm This Winter Submitted: 11/15/2012
MERRILL - Colder temperatures mean a Northwoods organization is making sure Wisconsin's homeless veterans have warm clothes for the winter.

The Lincoln County Veterans Services office is collecting coats, gloves, anything that can keep our heroes warm. They'll be taken to the Homeless Veterans Initiative in Milwaukee.

You can drop items off at the Lincoln County Veterans Services Office, or at the Tomahawk Annex the first and third Tuesday of the month.

Pick up is at the Lincoln County Veterans Services Office at 801 N. Sales St. Suite 104 in Merrill.

Pick ups can be arranged in Rhinelander, Tomahawk and Antigo by calling 715-539-1083.

The coat drive ends December 14th.
