- A judge wants more information before he decides on a punishment for a former Northland Pines Middle School teacher who had child pornography on his work computer.
Michael Wang, 47, pleaded guilty Monday to two felony counts.
He had been charged with ten counts, but reached an agreement with the state to drop eight of them.
The prosecuting and defense attorneys hadn't come to an agreement on sentencing, so the judge ordered a pre-sentencing investigation.
Wang was first arrested in May 2011 when investigators found pictures, videos and chatroom conversations on his computer.
He will be back in court January 2nd for his sentencing, and faces up to 50 years in prison and $200,000 in fines.
