- We usually put our kids' artwork on the fridge.
But this year, some kids could make it big.
The Capitol Christmas tree in Madison will be covered with decorations made by Wisconsin schoolkids.
Governor Scott Walker says the theme of this year's tree will be ``In Wisconsin.''
That motto is also being used in a state marketing campaign.
Walker asks that the ornaments be brightly colored and represent goods or products that are made within Wisconsin, like dairy products, cranberries, and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Teachers or students interested in displaying ornaments are asked to submit them by November 19th.
They should be sent to the governor's Capitol office.
