- Marathon county will soon see a sex offender returned to the community.
29 year old Charles Miller has served his sentence of six years in prison, and is now due for supervised release.
He was convicted of first degree child sexual assault, child abuse, and threatening a witness.
Miller is expected to be released November 13th.
He will be monitored by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and will live in transitional housing near the Marathon county courthouse.
G-P-S monitoring will be used to keep track of Miller, and his time in the community will be limited to work and treatment to start with.
