RHINELANDER - Rhinelander Police and Oneida County Sheriff's deputies drew guns on a house on Arbutus Street in Rhinelander late this afternoon.

A deputy told us a man was threatening to harm himself, but the threat came to nothing.

Bystanders said at least eight squad cars and officers with assualt rifles were around the home.
